The two layers of Chlorilong® ULTIMATE 7 work in two different modes of action:
• the blue part melts in about 10 minutes and remains on the filter bed. With the pump running these granules dissolve slowly, and carry out an intensive disinfection of the filtering material for about 30 minutes, safely removing dirt and bacteria.
• the white part of the tablet is slowly dissolved and provides permanent disinfection. -
